Alexandra Figueras-Daniel, PhD - Assistant Research Professor and Bilingual ECE Policy Specialist at Rutgers National Institute for Early Education Research - builds systems to help educators support the needs and competencies of young multilinguals. As our young learners also need leaders, Figueras-Daniel created the BELLE program, a cohort model to advance the careers of Latine educators.
