TD Charitable Foundation Gives $1.5M to 6 N.J. Nonprofits

TD Charitable Foundation, the giving arm of TD Bank U.S., announced $10 million in grants awarded to 40 nonprofits through the 20th annual Housing for Everyone grant program.

To mark the program’s 20th anniversary, this year’s grantees will each receive a $250,000 grant, the largest award to date.

The recipients are located in 15 states and Washington, D.C., with six nonprofits in New Jersey.

“This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to meeting the evolving and growing needs of our communities,” said Paige Carlson-Heim, head of Social Impact at TD and director of TD Charitable Foundation.

“Housing instability touches so many lives and has far-reaching economic impacts, which is why we are so proud to support these nonprofits that are helping prevent eviction before it becomes a crisis.”
