Strategy Officer, Youth Self-Determination; Victoria Foundation

Victoria Foundation seeks a Strategy Officer to oversee a portfolio of grants and other investments, develop strategies, and manage the on-the-ground execution of Victoria Foundation’s strategic goal to promote youth self-determination. Utilizing an equity lens, the Strategy Officer works closely with the Newark community to identify and administer an overarching strategy involving a variety of programmatic, communications, advocacy, and investment approaches.
