Executive Director, Partners for Health Foundation
As part of a planned leadership transition, Partners for Health Foundation (PFH) in Montclair, NJ is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead the Foundation’s next chapter of advancing health equity. The Executive Director will serve as a collaborative and strategic leader, working closely with a highly engaged Board and dedicated staff team to steward resources responsibly, strengthen community partnerships, and guide the Foundation’s role as a trust-based, place-based philanthropic partner. PFH is a private grantmaking foundation focused on improving health by addressing the social and structural factors that influence well-being. Through deep community relationships, learning, strategic and responsive grantmaking, and advocacy aligned with our values, PFH partners with nonprofits and community leaders to advance more equitable outcomes.
