Executive Director, New Jersey Birth Equity Funders Alliance

Reporting to the Funder Steering Committee and working closely with community stakeholders and staff, the Executive Director will set and execute NJBEFA’s strategic direction, leading the design, implementation, evaluation, and expansion of NJBEFA programs, and charting and implementing a course toward our next phase of fiscal sustainability. This will include ensuring growth in funding and other supports to help community birth workers fulfill their missions, advancing the voices of birth workers in state policy and implementation, and joining with others in advocating for continued commitment to birth equity in New Jersey.
