Thursday, October 1, 2015

New Jersey Health Initiatives' (NJHI) new funding initiative, NJHI: Building a Culture of Health in New Jersey—Communities Moving to Action, Round 2 will help communities address multiple factors that influence health outcomes and make sustainable changes to build a Culture of Health. Funded projects will bring together local leaders and community members to create solutions that give everyone the opportunity for a healthy life. Up to 10 existing multi-sector, community-focused coalitions will be supported during this four-year initiative. These 10 coalitions will join the 10 communities funded by NJHI in 2015, which include Atlantic City, Camden, Elizabeth, Irvington, Jersey City, Morristown, Newark, Orange, Salem County and Trenton.
