New Jersey Health Initiatives Announces $2 Million Initiative

New Jersey Health Initiatives (NJHI) – the statewide grantmaking program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) – has announced plans to harness the energy, knowledge and idealism of young people ages 14-21 across New Jersey, to prepare them as future leaders while learning to address barriers to health in their own communities.

NJHI awarded $2 million to develop youth civic engagement skills, involve them in summer employment, and participate in an alumni network.
