Deputy Director, Healthy Children and Families; Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Reporting to the managing director, the deputy director of Healthy Children and Families (HCF)–Economic Supports for Families, will serve on a management team with the Healthy Children and Families managing director and deputy director. This matrixed team supports the development, implementation, and evolution of systems-change strategies and strategic grantmaking designed to advance RWJF’s Generational Goal of Economic Inclusion for Family Wellbeing. The Healthy Children and Families deputy director will also lead coordination of strategic programming through relationships with various teams across the Foundation that focus on advancing change in prioritized systems, specifically in the tax system and care system.
