CNJG is partnering with PEAK Grantmaking to provide values-based grantmaking as a three-part series. This series began with the 2018 Annual Meeting and Holiday Luncheon Pre Meeting Workshop and will continue with two webinars in 2019. Translating values such as leadership, collaboration, and inclusion into practice can be a challenge for grantmakers. Today, foundations, now more than ever, are up for that challenge. Follow this series to explore how putting philanthropy’s core values into practice can help your foundation and its grantees thrive.

PEAK Grantmaking’s research revealed the top 10 common values that foundations already have, and there is a wide range of values in practice already. In this webinar we’ll explore how those top 10 values show up for a foundation’s work, and dig deeper into one of the most fundamental values that grantmakers have: commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). What does it mean to do grantmaking with a DEI values lens?

Cost: Free for CNJG Members
This program is open to grantmakers only.
