It’s a confusing time. Some organizations are shifting to all virtual operations and giving strategies, others may be struggling to find safe ways to operate in-person, and many are looking for new approaches to work in a hybrid environment. So, how do we adapt to a new world while not sacrificing face-to-face interaction, which can be key to effective grantmaking and employee engagement strategies?

Join us and hear Matthew Barnes of ASG Advisors lead a discussion on best practices and examples of organizations that successfully adapted to hybrid models of giving. We will discuss how corporate foundations and giving programs can integrate technology into their work for long-term, effective CSR practice, while planning a safe return to some in-person operations.

Jennifer Schacht, Community Impact Manager at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, will also join us to share how Janssen is rethinking employee volunteering to fit a hybrid model, and lessons learned around virtual engagement. Afterwards, we will have time for a round robin with colleagues to discuss current and planned practices for in-person vs. virtual events, volunteering, and giving strategies at our own organizations.

As we continue to shift practice and adapt to the needs of nonprofit partners and communities, it is critical that we seek out new ways to learn, connect, and stay committed to the mission of our organizations and foundations. We hope you will join us for this opportunity to discuss how corporate foundations and giving programs can embrace hybrid and virtual models that deliver the outcomes and impacts needed as we work toward COVID recovery.
