Join corporate members for a program that will highlight how volunteerism can continue during a pandemic either virtually or through in-person social distancing.

During the last New Jersey Corporate Philanthropy Network Round Robin on June 3, many members asked about volunteering during the pandemic. What are some opportunities for virtual programming? What should guidelines and protocols look like for in-person and virtual volunteering? What are the benefits to virtual volunteering for the employees, the community, and the company?

We will hear from Rowena Madden, Executive Director of the New Jersey Office on Volunteerism to discuss volunteering guidelines, and other resources from the Governor’s Office and its partners. We’ll then hear from Keith Adams, Executive Director of NJ VOAD on its new Volunteer Portal, connecting people and organizations to safe volunteer opportunities.
