CNJG is pleased to have representatives from UBS Private Wealth Management joining us this first meeting of the Finance & Investment Affinity Group this year. The featured speaker will be Kurt Reiman, currently a Global Investment Strategist with BlackRock and the former the Head of Thematic Research at UBS Wealth Management in Zurich and New York for many years. Mr. Reiman will offer his 2015 Outlook: 5 things to know and 5 things to do along with a trans-continental Global Trip around the world.

While at UBS Mr. Reiman lead and directed the firm’s global thematic research initiative for private clients. He managed an international team of analysts, economists, and strategists to produce long-term forecasts and investment recommendations. He also served as senior editor and co-author of the bank’s flagship research publication. Among the thematic topics developed during his tenure include: mergers and acquisitions, demographics and aging, climate change, emerging market growth, natural resource scarcity, and retirement. Mr. Reiman is frequently in the media, serving as a featured speaker at conferences and client events worldwide, as well as being a regular author of special articles for individual and institutional investor magazines. He also held analyst positions at Reuters and the G7 Group. Mr. Reiman earned a BS degree in business and economics from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh and his MS degree in international relations with a concentration in international economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
