Founded in 2019, New Jersey Arts and Culture Administrators of Color is a network of over 125 professional arts administrators who self-identify as persons of color and are dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the New Jersey arts sector.

This initiative is spearheaded by the New Jersey Theatre Alliance (NJTA), the state’s service organization for professional producing theatre companies in partnership with ArtPride New Jersey, the state’s largest arts service and advocacy organization, and New Jersey State Council on the Arts, the state’s largest arts funder.

Leveraging the talent and expertise of its membership representing different disciplines, positions, and years of experience, the network is positioned to connect, empower, and cultivate professional arts and cultural leaders throughout the Garden State and nationally.
