Coordinating COVID-19 Response and Relief Efforts in Bergen County
Join us for a webinar that will focus on how Bergen County government is working to mitigate the enormous impact of COVID-19. We will also explore how philanthropy and local government can work together to coordinate and leverage efforts to respond to the crisis.
Tracy Zur, Robert Esposito and Julia Orlando, from Bergen County government will share their assessments of critical community needs, how their respective departments/functions are responding to the COVID-19 crisis, how Federal CARES funding and state funding figure into the relief picture and what gaps are anticipated.
After we hear from speakers, we will explore how philanthropy and the County can coordinate and collaborate on short, mid, and long-term strategies for mitigating the effects of COVID-19.
Please share any questions you would like to have answered on the webinar, or any ideas for how to coordinate and collaborate with the county via the Bergen Funders listserve. We will work to build all of your questions and ideas into the agenda for the call.
If you have any questions about registration or the listserve, you can contact Anna D’Elia, Manager of Programs and Learning via email or at (973) 979-4745.
